Excerpt:   “National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA) Senior Vice President Craig Obey delivered a stinging retort late this week to the April 17 passage by the House of Representatives of HR 4089: The Sportsmen’s Heritage Act of 2012.

The act, which passed with 64 percent of the vote, including 21 percent of voting Democrats (274-146, with 11 present but not voting), was introduced by Rep. Jeff Miller (R-FL) “to protect and enhance opportunities for recreational hunting, fishing, and shooting,” according to the act’s opening text.   …..”
